Shipping Provider

Sustainable Diamond Co. uses AusPost secure shipping services to ensure your purchase arrives safely. All orders include tracking and require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping Availability

At this time, Sustainable Diamond Co. only ships within Australia. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

●     Express Tracked Shipping:

○     Cost: FREE ON ALL ORDERS

○     Delivery Time: 2 to 3 business days

●     Insured Express Shipping:

○     Cost: Free for orders over $3000 AUD, $100 AUD for orders under $3000 AUD.

○     Delivery Time: 2 to 3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays with the shipping provider. Insurance is highly recommended on all items. Sustainable Diamond Co. will not be responsible for lost or stolen items in transit.

Order Processing

●     Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

●     Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Custom Orders

Custom order such as rings will be custom-made and may take 4-6 weeks before being available to ship. In these instances, we will contact you with details and updates regarding the production and shipping timeline.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. Visit the AusPost website and enter your tracking number to view the status of your shipment.

Signature Requirement

For added security, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, AusPost will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or pick up your package from a local post office.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Sustainable Diamond Co. is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Insurance is available for all items. If insurance is not taken, while we take great care in packaging your order, Sustainable Diamond Co. is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they are in the custody of AusPost. In the event your package is lost or damaged, please contact AusPost directly with your tracking information for assistance.

For items over $5,000 we have private courier options available.
